Sharon is a therapist, author, educator and supervisor for LCSW candidates.

She is a highly skilled mental health clinician and administrator with experience in inpatient and outpatient behavioral health settings.  In her role as a teacher, trainer, and consultant in non-profit organizations and higher education settings, she has dealt with both domestic and international audiences.

Her expertise with budgetary and staffing issues, compliance with funders, implementing clinical treatment planning with evidence-based practices and grant and policy writing are all part of her broad range of expertise.  She is particularly adept in consulting on all aspects of programming related to trauma and addictions.  More recently she has dealt directly with program and policy issues related to aspects of COVID-19 in residential settings.  Above all, she is a compassionate individual who cares deeply about providing high-quality services that she recognizes will make an impact and ultimately benefit those individuals in need.
